What is the process of making a new collection?

What is the cost of making a sample?
The wax mold charge varies from $25-$50 (including the CAD design), depending upon the intricacies of the design.
After the approval of CAD, we can quote you the production price. Lead Time: 2 Weeks
What is the MOQ?
Gold: 10 pieces per design
925 Silver: 20 pieces per design
Nickle-Free Brass: 50 pieces per design
Do you provide all Gemstones?
Yes, we provide majorly all gemstones. At Diameralds Jewels, we only use sustainably soured Natural and Lab Grow Gemstones.
Do you do Vermeil Jewelry?
Yes, we do Vermeil jewelry with 2.5 Micron. We provide 1-2-3 Micron Jewelry.
How long does the entire process take?
CAD and Sample Approval: 2 Weeks
Production: 2-5 Weeks (Depending upon Metal and Quantity)
Shipping: 1-2 Weeks
What is the payment procedure?
After confirmation of the order, 50% amount is taken to start the production and the rest 50% is taken before shipping.
How can I pay?
We accept all major payment options including Paypal. Amounts exceeding $400 will be transferred directly to the bank.
How long does shipping take?
The consignment is insured and sent only via reputed carriers including FedEx, DHL, UPS depending upon the location.
It usually takes 1-2 weeks for the parcel to reach.

Gold: 2-3 Weeks
925 Silver: 2-4 Weeks
Brass: 2-5 Weeks
